Update on the Aircon test and Regas. Unfortunately he is not available for this next meet. He is taking bookings from September 8th onwards. So if you still need it done, I will be making a new list. Please try and put your name down quickly so I can then book him before we lose another Nano Meet date to have it done. The more we can get, the cheaper it will be. I can let you know what the price is if I can get the numbers first. It will definitely be cheaper than normal. Sorry about the delay.

Just joined the group after a local Rover 75 owner told me he attended your last meet and all the support provided to do some jobs on his car.
I've had my ZT for about 5 years now and done quite a lot of jobs on it but there's a couple I could do with some guidance.
So looking forward to meeting like minded enthusiasts at this next meet.

Probably worth saying but unless people have had a new condenser and seals it's not worth booking in. It takes typically 45 mins ish per car including the 30 min vacuum test, if the parts haven't been replaced then it is just going to be a waste of everyones time that is involved. He might book out a whole day and only get gas into a single car.

If you know his normal prices it is worth posting so people have a ballpark. For the standard old gas most independents typically charge around 45.

Jamie.
Good point if the car as it's gas removed and then does not hold after due to a leak, are you still charged, do garages charge if they can not complete the process?

Garage will charge even if they cannot complete, I paid twice, before the condenser was changed and again afterwards. £75.00 each time.
