How do we contribute .... PayPal friends or cash on the day?

There will be a box by the T4 gazebo, contributions are not compulsory but small donations gratefully received to cover Nano crew expenses, petrol for the generator etc. Cash on the day will be fine.

As we are now asking for voluntary contributions, I will be using this thread for post meet updates on the financial situation to keep everything above board.

Some of you will remember we had a shelter appeal to raise money to buy our events shelter and there is a balance left over from that which will be the starting point

Brought forward from shelter appeal: £37.66
Contributions from May 2017 meet: £40.07
No Collection at June 2017 meet: £ 0.00
Contributions from July 2017 meet: £ 58.62
Total: £136.35

Less bought July
Extra strong tent pegs, gas cannisters £17.00
Balance carried forward: £119.35

Big Thank you to Phil for his generous contribution today, along with the other whom dropped monies into the pot, it is most appreciated and will help should we need to purchase any items in the future for the nano so I say once again big :cheers:
