Please post jobs required and offers of help here as it will be useful to know what demand there is for jobs to be done so we can see what numbers are involved, and help can be managed, please post if you are able to offer help in any way.

Hi Rob.
Most people want it deactivated, if it's the one where you start to drive off and the doors lock  i should have the virtual T4 with me.

Proper way is adjusting the shoes in the rear brakes.

What a ball ache that is going to be, something i would say do at home, if you are going to take the drum off, or are you going to just try and adjust through one of the stud holes, maybe the BMW has an independent hole for adjusting same has the FL1 does on the rear of the back plate?

Same setup as the 75, it's where they got the idea from ;) wheel off, find the adjuster through one of the wheel bolt holes and adjust until it slightly bites.

Hi jamie.
Yes i know it's still a ball ache i thought maybe the BM may have had the adjustment hole at the rear like the FL1 and Fl2 seeing David has the equivalent car to the FL1 ;) Used to get Stef to do mine has he is nimble and has good eye sight to see through the port hole, sorry pin hole

No Steve, if I remember right that is speed locking , lazy locking allows you to open and close the windows by holding the key in the lock in either the open or closed positions, useful to me as I am forever leaving a window slightly open and it saves getting back in the car and switching ignition on to close it, also useful when returning to car on a hot day just open the car with the key hold in the open position and all windows drop to get rid of the heat build up inside
