Seriously, get yourself well and hopefully we'll all meet up in a field over a weekend before the next social night.

Hi Andy
I meant hopefully that at the social meets, that someone or all are trying to come up with plans to get a venue for our meets, the only idea i have is to approach the fishing, place i had talks with before the lock down came about, whom at the time seemed interested, but then the 4 Ashes opened again and i carried it no farther it's looking increasingly unlikely that we will have found a meet by the end of March to meet up, this is the first year for 10 years, that we have not put our dates for the meets.

Even so we are a lot luckier than a lot of people right now in the world.

A good night 5 of us put the world to rights and 3 enjoyed a good meal.

Sadly no venue sprang to mind though.

There's nowhere that springs to mind over Tamworth way.

Maybe the HS2 folks would let us have a corner of the umpteen acres they've commandeered, but then again I'm not too sure I'd want to be involved in anything to do with HS2

Fingers crossed we can get somewhere soon.
